These menu prices include crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen, and additional staff for serving and cleaning. Custom menu options can be discussed and quoted upon request.
Self-Catering Cost: Self-catering is available at R140/guest, granting access to Rondekuil’s catering facilities and staff for serving and cleaning. Food must be prepared off-site and kept hot for serving at the venue.
Tab Deposit: For cash bar or tab services, a deposit equivalent to the required tab amount is required before the wedding date.
Corkage: A corkage fee of R30 per bottle applies to wine supplied by the client. This fee must be paid along with other charges before the wedding.
Refunds: Unused portions of the tab deposit or contingency and breakage deposit will be refunded via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within fourteen days after the wedding reception.

Hire of Venue
Securing Deposit:
- To secure venue hire, a deposit of R10,000 is required upfront, forming part of the total venue hire fee.
Annual Increases:
- Venue hire fees and catering costs are applicable from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, with a projected 5-10% increase from October 1, 2024.
Included in Venue Hire Price:
- Venue rental, VAT, tables, chairs, glasses, secure parking, and bar staff.
Excluded from Venue Hire Price:
- Table decorations, centrepieces, flowers, food, beverages, music requirements, crockery, cutlery, white linen (for self-catering), and service charge.
Contingency and Breakage Deposit:
- A refundable deposit of R2,000 covers damages, breakages, and contingencies.
