These menu prices include crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen, and additional staff for serving and cleaning. Custom menu options can be discussed and quoted upon request.
Self-Catering Cost: Self-catering is available at R140/guest, granting access to Rondekuil’s catering facilities and staff for serving and cleaning. Food must be prepared off-site and kept hot for serving at the venue.
Tab Deposit: For cash bar or tab services, a deposit equivalent to the required tab amount is required before the wedding date.
Corkage: A corkage fee of R30 per bottle applies to wine supplied by the client. This fee must be paid along with other charges before the wedding.
Refunds: Unused portions of the tab deposit or contingency and breakage deposit will be refunded via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within fourteen days after the wedding reception.

Perfect, great view!
Did not actually spend a lot of time in the venue, we had a wedding nearby. But very nice stay, would 100% recommend. The view was great and the owner is also very nice and understanding. They also split up the double bed to accommodate us, which was also very thoughtful!Ons het die hele plek vir ons familie uit geboek sodat ons kan saam kuier vir my dogter se troue. Cathy het vir ons soveel moeite gedoen om alles gereed te kry vir ons groep van 25 plus ekstra gaste. Ons het twee oggende ontbyt geëet en kan vir Jo en haar span net baie dankie sê. Die weer het nie lekker saam gespeel toe ons die Saterdag wou braai nie, maar ons het die hele groep in die rondawel ingepas om rugby te kyk. Die tuine en alles was so mooi reggemaak na al die reën en ons kan Rondekuil vir almal aanbeveel.
