The Old Farm House exudes luxury and relaxation from the moment guests step inside. Divided into three separate, self-catering apartments, each boasting one or two double bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, this historic residence offers comfortable accommodation with a touch of elegance. While typically rented out for medium- to long-term stays, these units are occasionally available for short-term rentals.
Each apartment features its own entrance, and thanks to the original thick walls of the farmhouse, guests can enjoy privacy and pleasant room temperatures. The house itself radiates old-world charm and character, with verandas and gardens perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Enclosed gardens and grassy areas further enhance the tranquil ambiance.
The Old Farm House 1, in particular, offers two double bedrooms, a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Characterized by its ample space and adorned with valuable antiques, this unit exudes charm. The generously sized, farm-style kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave oven.
Outside, a large enclosed lawned garden awaits at the back of the unit, providing an ideal space for children to play and pets to roam freely. Additionally, a welcoming front stoep and garden invite guests to unwind on comfortable chairs while enjoying a braai/barbecue.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
The above rates are only a guideline. Rates are subject to change during peak summer, off-peak summer and low winter seasons. The rates given above are for the 2025/6 off-peak summer season and are applicable from 1 August 2025 until 31 May 2026. A small premium might be charged for weekend bookings.
Medium-to long-term rental rates are negotiable down to about R25 000 per month, with the actual rental depending on the length of the rental period required.

Ons het die hele plek vir ons familie uit geboek sodat ons kan saam kuier vir my dogter se troue. Cathy het vir ons soveel moeite gedoen om alles gereed te kry vir ons groep van 25 plus ekstra gaste. Ons het twee oggende ontbyt geëet en kan vir Jo en haar span net baie dankie sê. Die weer het nie lekker saam gespeel toe ons die Saterdag wou braai nie, maar ons het die hele groep in die rondawel ingepas om rugby te kyk. Die tuine en alles was so mooi reggemaak na al die reën en ons kan Rondekuil vir almal aanbeveel.
