A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. No event will proceed without a deposit.
Quoted dates are for reference only and do not confirm availability. Venue availability is confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Quotes are valid for 90 days but may be invalidated if the venue is booked by another client.
Quoted prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Drinks and beverages are not included but can be purchased at the venue.
Projectors and PA systems are not included in quotes but can be provided upon request, with additional charges.
Special meal requests may incur surcharges.

- Food Trivia Quiz: Answer trivia questions to win ingredients to utilize in your dish, along with staple pantry items provided.
- Pressure Test Cook Off: Race against time to create a dish using staple pantry items and ingredients won during the quiz challenge. Winners select main ingredients for the dessert making or theme for the Mystery Box Cake Off.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
Crime Scene Investigation is a team building event where your team gets to do all the intricate sleuthing while working together in this extremely fun team building game. Teams will investigate and solve crime scenes based on subtle clues that will be placed along the way. Only by cracking one case can the team move onto the next case. Just like the CSI TV show, teams will have to re-enact to other teams how the crime scene would have unfolded from their perspective. Over the course of the event, you will see participants’ attention to detail, ability to work as a team, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills put to the test.theme.

Team Apprentice: The Chocolate Factory Dilemma – Combining Strategy and Creativity
In this engaging team building activity, teams will tackle the challenge of rebranding and revitalizing a failing chocolate factory. Through a series of tasks and challenges, participants will explore the world of chocolate from its raw form to the final product while exercising their strategic thinking and creativity.
Overview:
- Teams will be tasked with branding, creating a new chocolate product, and developing an advertising campaign for the struggling chocolate factory.
- Participants will have the opportunity to taste chocolate in its raw form and participate in a blind chocolate tasting to understand different flavor profiles.
- Teams will strategize around their target customer demographics and develop branding concepts tailored to their ideal audience.
Challenges:
Judging:
• A panel judges teams’ chocolate creations based on taste, packaging, branding, and commercial effectiveness.
Chocolate Trivia Quiz:
• Teams answer trivia questions to earn ingredients and packaging items for their chocolate product.
• Each correct answer grants the team a choice of ingredients or packaging materials.
Branding:
Teams design a new package for their chocolate product, focusing on branding and visual appeal.
Chocolate Making:
• Teams create their own chocolate using provided ingredients and package it within their designed packaging.
TV Commercial:
• Teams produce a 60-second TV commercial to advertise their new chocolate product, showcasing their packaging and brand messaging.

Hunger Games Team Building Event
Are you ready to embark on an epic adventure reminiscent of the famous Hunger Games movie? Join us for a day filled with excitement and camaraderie as you compete in our custom-designed Hunger Games team building event. Here’s how it works:
Overview:
- The event is divided into 2 stages, each offering unique challenges and opportunities to earn points.
- Teams will compete in various stations, accumulating points to gain ammunition and weapons for the final showdown in the Grand Arena.
- The team with the most points at the end of all stages will be declared the overall Hunger Games winners.
Stage 1: Teams will rotate through different stations, competing in thrilling challenges to earn points. Examples of stations include:
- Archery
- Water Balloon Fight
- Blow Darts
- Chalk Bomb
- Pellet Gun Shooting
- Shaving Foam Digging
- Fire Challenge
Stage 2: Grand Arena: Teams will face off in a one-on-one combat scenario in the Grand Arena. Equipped with water guns, teams will battle it out to soak their opponents. The team with the most points from Stage 1 will have the advantage of extra water guns and ammunition.
